The Receptionist is responsible for greeting members/guests, answering the telephone, answering inquires, taking reservations, directing calls and providing the service that members expect. A certain amount of administrative tasks are also asked of this position. Be outgoing and friendly, but professional. This position is year-round, full-time, and has an hourly wage based on experience. Schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Benefits include medical insurance, 401K, Vacation time, and PTO. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Answering and managing multi-line telephone system. 
  • Telephone etiquette must be very professional. 
  •  Greeting all visitors to the Administration office. 
  •  Responsible for running and maintaining renter files. 
  •  Jonas software proficiency is preferred. 
  •  Proficiency in MS Office is a requirement. (Word, Excel, Outlook, & Publisher) 
  •  Filing, faxing, copying, and other office duties. 
  •  Booking reservations for club events. 
  •  Distributing mail and faxes.

Hospitality or club experience is preferred.
