ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: --------------------------- Lead by example and ensure you are visible and available when on the Hotel grounds; you are a participant in the full spectrum of the guest experience

 

Develop, nurture, and maintain relationships within the community – we want people to know and respect your name

 

Participate in civic and collegiate organizations wherever possible and practical to help promote the Inn at Patrick Square brand – Be the Brand Ambassador

 

Drive the sales process to include new client acquisition and relationship maintenance and development

 

Continually enhance the experience through cutting edge operating philosophies and Inn at Patrick Square “touchpoints of distinction” – Never rest on yesterday’s laurels

 

Exceed expectations through thoughtful detailing and servicing of all groups and events

 

Utilize all tools available to discover new/emerging market segments and business opportunities

 

Monitor the P&L and other business reports and take action accordingly

 

Author the marketing plan to provide a roadmap of efficiency in deployment of personal resources

 

Maximize Inn at Patrick Square event space and guest room occupancies through sound analysis and business cases

 

Oversee operations of the Inn at Patrick Square in the absence of the General Manager

 

Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager

Superior attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS: --------------- Minimum of 1-2 years of hotel or related sales experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
