We are seeking a dynamic leader to be the General Manager of this magnificent property.  This individual needs to have significant experience in the day-to-day operations of a hotel/resort, as well as have a proven record of overall fiscal responsibility.  This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, vibrant General Manager with success in leading a team to stellar results. Must be ready to cultivate an inspired culture that delivers exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests and visitors on a daily basis. Requirements:

  • Proven success in position of GM or Senior Leadership in hotel/resort environment
  • Extensive Rooms Division background to include Yield Management, Market Segmentation, Front Office, Reservations, Maintenance, and Housekeeping
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
  • Working knowledge of Sales and Marketing
  • Effective ability to supervise, train, motivate and mentor team members to maintain optimal department operation and staff development
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work, communicate and maintain positive owner relations
  • Computer, spreadsheet and budgeting skills
  • Multi-tasking, attention to detail and follow through
  • Commitment and delivery of the highest standards

 Experience:

  • The successful candidate will be a strong, self-motivated team leader with in-depth knowledge of the hotel/resort industry
  • 2+ years as General Manager
  • 5+ years hotel experience with focus on Rooms and working knowledge of Food and Beverage and Sales & Marketing
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office including, but not limited to, Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills exercising patience, tact and diplomacy

 Benefit Package:

  • Annual Salary $60,000-$75,000 (commensurate upon experience)
